This quick therapy requires only a bottle of beer and works like a charm. For the best results, flat beer should be used. In this regard, leave the beer in an open container overnight. In the morning apply the beer after you have shampooed and conditioned your hair.
Pour it on your head and massage your head for about 2 minutes. Leave in for a quarter of an hour and then rinse off with cold water. Alternatively, you can comb the flat beer with honey and leave it on for an hour or two. The beer rinse works best for dull hair.
