If it still doesn’t work, reset your MacBook’s system management controller or SMC.

2. Courier problem

Sometimes people find that iMessage doesn’t work on a Mac. However, this can easily be corrected at home. You may not be able to send messages through the application or it may take longer than usual to send a message to the recipient.

To resolve this issue, try activating your Internet or WiFi connection, rebooting your system, and disabling and re-enabling the iMessage feature.

3. Bluetooth error

If you can’t pair your keyboard or trackpad, or if you get an error message saying Bluetooth is not available, there’s a reason to frown. To do this, turn the Bluetooth device off and on. Restart your MacBook and see if it works.

If a particular Bluetooth device cannot be paired with your MacBook, check the search settings as well. Also try to link it with other systems before taking further action.

4. The Mac clipboard is not working

In many cases, something as simple as copy and paste can be a MacBook bug. If the clipboard doesn’t work, you can solve this problem too! Yet we use it almost a hundred times a day. This is part of your job, and you may get frustrated if it falters. But don’t worry, you can solve this problem at home.

To fix a stuck clipboard in macOS, you need to launch Terminal from within the application. Then navigate to the Utility folder. Type killall pboard. Then press the Enter key. This command forces automatic shutdown and restart. We hope this solves the problem.

However, if you need an alternative, you can run Activity Monitor from the same Utilities folder. Then find the pboard process, select it and click the stop icon at the top of the window. Then press the Exit key. Rest assured, a malfunctioning Mac clipboard is a fairly common problem that can be easily fixed.

5. Restore hard disk permissions

Restoring disk permissions can become unnecessary in OS X El Capitan. File system access rights are also automatically saved.

If you are using OS X Yosemite or earlier, follow these steps. First, depending on your OS X version, open the Disk Utility and select the primary hard drive. Then click Restore Disk Permissions. Allows you to restore the player automatically.

6. Restart Safari and clear the cache

To reset Safari and clear all caches, launch Safari and click the button that appears in the upper left corner of the system screen. Then choose Reset Safari.

If you have the last template, go to Safari > Clear History. You can also delete website data in Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage website data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my Mac dying so fast all of a sudden?

You may have noticed that your Macbook is running extra hot. You might even be experiencing issues like freezing and crashing. Simply put that means your Macbook is running out of battery power and running out of time. Here is an example of a blog post on our blog that was written by an author whose blog post introduction was rather lengthy and really helped him stand out. As you can see, his introduction is fairly detailed and helps the reader better understand the blog post.

Is my Mac too old to update?

The Mac wasn’t designed to be upgraded, and is full of not-so-easy-to-understand components. So, if you’re like me, you’re on the lookout for a new computer to replace your aging MacBook Air. And the good news is, there are plenty of choices, ranging from ultra-portable ultra-books to all-in-ones, and even (gasp!) desktops. Apple released the new MacBook Pro in the spring of 2018, the first major upgrade of the notebook since 2015. The new MacBook Pro was not as revolutionary as the first generation, but it did take a few steps in the right direction. One example of this is the improved keyboard, which has been improved on the new MacBook Pro. The keys have a more uniform depth, and the keys have a more uniform and deeper depression, so your fingers don’t slip off the keys as easily.

Why is my Mac so unresponsive?

This text is sensitive. Try generating new copy. So how is it that your Macbook is so slow? Is it because of the amount of RAM in your Macbook? That’s the most common problem reported by users. If you have too much RAM, you may find that you can’t open some of your applications. If you have too little RAM, you may find that you can’t open some of your applications fast enough.
